Virtual Litigation Support, LLC utilizes U.S. attorneys and legal support teams to provide cutting edge and affordable litigation support for attorneys and law firms throughout the Country. Our support services include legal research and legal writing, document coding, document review, and all other services a law firm might require. No project is too large or too small for us to handle.

Our company was formed to meet the growing demand of American lawyers and law firms to increase their profitability, reduce their work hours, improve their work product, and perhaps most importantly, to increase their quality of life. This company was formed by lawyers who understand the day to day needs and pressures of running a law practice, from a solo firm to a large litigation practice.

We are different from other companies who encourage law firms to “outsource” services. Virtual Litigation Support, LLC assigns a project manager, who is an attorney licensed in the U.S., to each project we handle. Our project managers work directly with clients to properly identify the outcomes and scope of services required for each project, as well as to ensure that deadlines are timely met. Our project managers also assign the appropriate associate attorneys to work on each project.

Virtual Litigation Support does not utilize contract attorneys from India or other foreign countries to perform research and writing for VLS clients. All research and writing is done by lawyers who have been screened by VLS and have received their Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited U.S. law school. All projects completed for our clients remain accessible online for the client, in a secured storage area, for later reference and use.
